跑偏開關是應用于膠帶輸送機兩側或者輸送機縱梁頂部或低部，當動行中的膠帶發(fā)生跑偏的現(xiàn)象時，膠帶邊緣帶動立輥旋轉并擠壓使之傾斜，若傾斜角度，開關發(fā)出報警信號。如立輥繼續(xù)傾斜大于二級動作角度時。開關自動切斷電源停機。膠帶輸送機復位正常運行后，立輥自動復位。因此跑偏開關被廣泛應用于港口，礦山，發(fā)電場膠帶輸送設備上起到保護作用。
關于跑偏開關與防偏開關的區(qū)別就是各個制造工廠在設計產(chǎn)品的時候所取的名稱不同而已，產(chǎn)品的功能其實是一樣的.
產(chǎn)品性能：A系列兩極防偏開關安裝在膠帶輸送機首尾端兩側，主要防止膠帶跑偏事故。當膠帶跑偏10°時發(fā)出報警信號，通知操作者要進行跑偏糾正，當膠帶跑偏30°時，產(chǎn)即切斷運行電路。實現(xiàn)安全保護。
A Series stage-two anti-deviating switch is used in tape conveyer by mounting on its two ends. It serves as the prevention of tape deviating. It can give the alarm when the tape deviates 10°with normal moving track. If 30°,it will cut off the circuit ac once for safeguard purpose.
