跑偏開關(guān)與防偏開關(guān)的區(qū)別就是各個制造工廠在設(shè)計產(chǎn)品的時候所取的名稱不同而已，產(chǎn)品的功能其實是一樣的，舉例如下：

產(chǎn)品性能：兩極防偏開關(guān)安裝在膠帶輸送機(jī)首尾端兩側(cè)，主要防止膠帶跑偏事故。當(dāng)膠帶跑偏10°時發(fā)出報警信號，通知操作者要進(jìn)行跑偏糾正，當(dāng)膠帶跑偏30°時，產(chǎn)即切斷運行電路。實現(xiàn)安全保護(hù)。
Series stage-two anti-deviating switch is used in tape conveyer by mounting on its two ends. It serves as the prevention of tape deviating. It can give the alarm when the tape deviates 10°with normal moving track. If 30°,it will cut off the circuit ac once for safeguard purpose.

跑偏開關(guān)采用鋁合金精密壓鑄殼體、強(qiáng)度高、重量輕，是一種安裝在膠帶輸送機(jī)兩側(cè)、或輸送機(jī)縱梁頂部或低部。當(dāng)動行中的膠帶發(fā)生跑偏現(xiàn)象時，膠帶邊緣帶動立輥旋轉(zhuǎn)并擠壓使之傾斜，若傾斜角度，開關(guān)發(fā)出報警信號。如立輥繼續(xù)傾斜大于二級動作角度時。開關(guān)自動切斷電源停機(jī)。膠帶輸送機(jī)復(fù)位正常運行后，立輥自動復(fù)位。
